It's behind-the-scenes of Lethal Weapon 1-4. It's mostly bloopers but also interviews with Mel Gibson, Richard Donner and Joel Silver and there's also an alternate ending of Lethal Weapon 1.
I love this kind of documentary. This is because it's always fun to watch the cast and crew talk about their experiences filming a particular movie and working with their co-stars as well as the crew of that particular movie. In addition, it's also fun to see what happened behind the scenes during the filming of a particular movie, such as takes or bloopers. Anytime I watch a DVD or special edition VHS, I always look forward to seeing the documentaries afterward, that is, if there are any on it. Before I wrap this up, I'd like to say that this was a great making-of documentary. In conclusion, I hope you enjoy this making-of documentary.

Yes, at least in one of the cover art versions (if there are several), here is a list of those differences:

1. On the VHS case, Dave McVeigh and Scott McVeigh are credited for having written this, there is no mention of this in the on-screen credits however.

2. On the VHS case, only Dave McVeigh is credited as having edited this but in the on-screen credits (and as reflected in the IMDb listing), Tony Bacon and Tony Solomons are credited for having edited as well.

3. On the VHS case, a person called Lee Crover is credited for doing camera work (there is no mention of him in the on-screen credits though). Joseph Mealey is credited for this as well but as "Joseph Mealy". There is no mention of Michael Fitzgerald though.

4. On the VHS case, Matt DeWan isn't credited for doing audio/sound work although Marc Stewart is.
