Hello, I have tried something called Red tea Detox. I think it is becoming more and more popular, of course, in my group of friends. I found an opinion that should give you a good idea of what it is. The review is pretty much correct, so hopefully this will help.

Hello everyone. This is the first health and fitness forum I've published, and I can't wait to read the articles and get opinions. I'm a classic skinny fat guy. 5 weeks ago I had a Dexa scan. 6'1", 182.6 lbs, I was tested for 28.2% bf. Most of the fat is around my waist. The company that conducted my scan made an offer. Macroplan 40-40-20 with a calorie deficit of 300-500 per day and an intermittent fasting schedule of 17/7. To be clear, this is 40% protein, 40% fat, 20% carbohydrates at 2000 kcal / day. I am 49 years old and I have no other major health problems. My current workout is a 4-day division above/below. I focus on challenging lifts, doing 10 minutes of cardio at the beginning and stretching at the end of my workouts. Lower Monday/Thursday, upper Tuesday/Friday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. Thus, my macros break down about 180 g of protein, 100 g of carbohydrates, 100 g of fat per day. I don't have cheat days. I have a gradual overload, and my weight is increasing. That's the big question. Should I worry about my total body weight? The reason I'm asking is that 5 weeks after this diet, I now weigh 175.3 pounds, but my fat scale indicates that I've lost more muscle than fat. How can I eat 180 grams of protein a day? I have to do another Dexa scan in 3-6 months, but I'm afraid of losing more muscle than I should. Every time you cut, you lose muscle, but it sounds weird, especially when my legs and chest are growing. Maybe my scale is inaccurate? I'm afraid I'll be 160 years old before I reach my goal of 15% body fat. I need help here. Thanks everyone.
