Hey, I'm here at nine. I specifically created an account to answer this question, which I have been struggling with for years. How on earth do you combine strength training with cycling??? Because I have to, otherwise I get injured all the time. And yet, if I do, my interval training will suffer a lot. I just stopped training because of the domes of the Id ID session on Monday. The session consisted of a 3x10 squat, regular squats and a little work on AB. Only with the weight of the body....

My strength training now I ride a bike a lot, it's just a very simple maintenance job, usually once a week from 2 to 3x5 pulls (which is probably the most difficult), something like 2x10 squats with dumbbells, 2x10 lunges with dumbbells, light body weight/basic stuff, and all this is done in half an hour at the top and away from failure.
I have very little free time, but I still try to exercise 2 times a week to lose some weight. The first results are already visible. Besides, I want to be a role model for my children. That's why I bought a fitness mat, so now we can practice together. It has all the necessary equipment for a home gym for children at affordable prices and fast delivery.
