Omega 3's are fatty acids. Since the body doesn't make its own, they must come from food websites. Fish is the most abundant source of Omega 3's. They may found in plants inside the form of ALA. ALA breaks down in the blood to DHA and EPA. Since many people do not consume enough fish to get adequate amount of Omega 3's, fish oil is available these days in capsule forms.
