The body is such a machine, not difficult is, and just like a car if one part is off it can spark a domino affect. A spike in one hormone followed with a drop in another leaves you an imbalanced state. Naturally your body will juggle this complex balancing act, however a shift in either case can sabotage your weight loss efforts and overall well-being.
