If you've read my articles before - you end up being realising now that i am an avid believer in nutrition and how hard it is to out train an unhealthy diet. I also believe the type of food you placed down your gullet can be far, far more essential than the number of food you set down your neck i.e. I would rather eat 3000 calories daily of decent causes of fat and protein and carbs, compared to undereat my daily calorie allowance with mainly sugars and carbs.
