If you are running a small or medium sized business with under 100 employees, you probably do not have your own human resources department, or at least not one that is big enough to make strategic planning for your company's future, also known as talent management.

To relieve yourself of the responsibility for the social guarantee of a person, you can contact Georgia PEO https://wehireglobally.com/georgia/ They will all calculate and pay certain taxes instead of you for these employees. If there are complaints from an employee, you do not solve them yourself, but the company does everything instead of you. Also, in this way, you can remove downtime if such appear in production. The company quickly recruits a new employee.

Quite a useful tip. But I still have one question left, how to solve problems with taxes when concluding an employee employment contract. After all, even if you hire an employee for 3-4 months, you need to calculate pension deductions and tax deductions, etc. And if there is no time to solve all these issues? Here I faced such a problem in Georgia.

You are right about this, very few companies can afford an entire HR department. At best, one person is engaged in recruitment. But usually the owner of the company hires employees. It is better to hire employees from outsourcing when you need employees to complete a single project.
