This game makes me happy <3 I Nominated this for the "THE WHOOOAAAAAAA, DUDE! 2.0" award!. It is what it is, the game is well developed, a Egyptian Senet board game alright, the AI needs to have increased dificulty, other than that, the ambience music is perfect for the game.. Egyptian Senet is one of the oldest known board game from predynastic and ancient Egypt, it is the earliest known record of a backgammon, checkers and chess like games. Game is straightforward and true to the original. The graphics are nice. Pros: Easy to learn, hard to master. Local multiplayer Ritualistic music Cons: No online multiplayer I recommend this to anyone who's interested in board games or getting into board games.. Interesting "history fact" - board game of ancient egiptians. But. it lacks a lot of things - better graphics, some sounds. Even some plot. Just couple sentences. But most painful is lack of Online Multiplayer. Game is fun, but for about 1 hour only. I definitely wouldn't play so much of it. I kind of idled it, because it made my browser open (and it counted as game).. They may have built the pyramids and been landing sites for aliens but when it comes to games 'Egyptian Senet' just fails to deliver on fun.. Best Senet game on Steam. If you like the game this probably own't disappoint Pros - It's an accurate respresentation of Egyption Senet Cons - It looks a bit ugly Bottom Line - If you know what this is, you'll probably enjoy it. I didn't know what it was, didn't read the rules, didn't enjoy it. I imagine people that do will enjoy it, hence the thumbs up.. An amazing ancient Egyptian board game, I like how the strategy of the game is easy to understand, the explaining inside the game will only get you confused, it's better you figure it your self, the randomness and luck are the main factors of the game, graphics aren't that good, the menus are not very responsive sometimes, but still a good job done by the developer! overall it's a good game worth playing.. nice game Glad to see it on here for PC . I have a Tablet version also great little game for the bus . At home is nice to relax play something lite and easy . I do wood working and making up these games for young ones to play . to get off the computer /phone games . The fact of it's history is really nice also . I have read up on the game itself no writteninstrctions were -lasted so these on this game seem be most accepted .. 2Rough design, yes, but interesting game nevertheless. I won't buy the game at full price but with over 75% off by all means. I hope it can support online multiplayer.. It's not perfect, but it is fun and cheap!
