Voice requests increase
The use of voice search and commands is expanding worldwide, particularly in Asia, which is experiencing the strongest growth in these uses. (Indonesia is at the top of the list, with 49% of users who have already used this feature). It is the youngest people who are likely to use the voice. The figures vary greatly from one country to another, notably due to the habits of writing and cultural norms. Indeed, depending on the country, the inhabitants will probably be more or less comfortable to give voice in public places (in Japan, it is still forbidden to call in public transport vs China, where the inhabitants are already accustomed to "talking" to their devices in public with the success of WeChat).

A global digital world
The number of Internet users is growing by 7% over one year. In 2018, the number of Internet users is over 4 billion. 3 billion internet users are registered and active on social networks and 9/10 access them via mobile devices. It's not just the number of Internet users that has increased over the past 12 months, but also the time spent on the internet. The average Internet user spends about 6 hours a day using internet-connected devices and services, which is about a third of their time outside of their sleep hours. These characteristics must be taken into account to build your strategy if it is a web agency that develops it.
